Abstract

This research aims to analyze, identify and study the influence of self-control,
self-awareness and work environment variables on cyberloafing behavior in civil
servants (PNS) at the DIY Provincial Civil Service Agency. The population in this
study were Civil Servants (PNS) in the Regional Civil Service Agency of Yogyakarta
Special Region Province, totaling 88 people. The sampling technique uses saturated
sampling, that is, all employees are sampled. Data collection was carried out by
distributing questionnaires in hardfile form which were then distributed to employees.
This research was processed and analyzed using descriptive and quantitative analysis
using SPSS 26 software. he results of this research show that: Self-control has a
negative and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior, self-awareness has a negative
and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior, the work environment has a positive
and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior , and self-control, self-awareness, and
the work environment together have a significant effect on cyberloafing behavior.
Kata Kunci : Self-control, self-awareness, work environment, cyberloafing behavior.
