ABSTRAK
Sistem informasi akademik merupakan komponen penting dalam pengelolaan data
dan proses akademik di lembaga pendidikan. Sistem ini membantu mengotomatisasi tugas-
tugas administratif, memudahkan mahasiswa dalam mengakses informasi akademik, dan
meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta telah mengadopsi sistem
informasi akademik bernama Bima untuk mendukung kegiatan akademik mereka. Namun,
sistem ini menghadapi beberapa masalah, seperti keterbatasan informasi dan kendala akses,
yang memengaruhi pengalaman pengguna. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengevaluasi kualitas sistem informasi akademik BIMA di UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan pengujian terstruktur sesuai dengan standar
ISO/IEC 25010. Delapan karakteristik yang diuji meliputi functional suitability,
performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, dan
portability. Pengujian dilakukan melalui observasi dan pengujian langsung dengan
berbagai alat pengujian untuk memberikan informasi objektif mengenai kondisi sistem
yang sebenarnya. Proses akuisisi data melibatkan pengumpulan informasi dari pengguna
dan pengujian sistem dengan metode standar yang relevan untuk setiap karakteristik.
Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa tujuh dari delapan karakteristik memenuhi
standar ISO/IEC 25010. Functional suitability mendapat nilai satu, performance efficiency
mendapat grade B, compatibility mendapat skor 100%, usability dengan skor rata-rata
78,6%, reliability dengan skor 100%, maintainability memenuhi aspek identifikasi Land,
dan portability memperoleh skor 100%. Namun, security masih pada level dua (medium)
dan belum memenuhi standar ISO/IEC 25010. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa
penggunaan seluruh standar ISO/IEC 25010 memberikan analisis yang lebih luas dan
komprehensif dalam mengevaluasi kualitas sistem informasi akademik BIMA. Penelitian
ini menyarankan untuk mempertimbangkan penggunaan tools pengujian dan melakukan
penetration testing untuk memahami lebih lanjut kondisi sistem dari sisi keamanan. Hasil
penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang kualitas
sistem informasi akademik dan rekomendasi perbaikan yang diperlukan untuk peningkatan
layanan akademik di UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta.

ABSTRACT
Academic information systems are an important component in managing academic
data and processes in educational institutions. These systems help automate administrative
tasks, make it easier for students to access academic information, and improve operational
efficiency. UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta has adopted an academic information system called
Bima to support their academic activities. However, the system faces several issues, such
as information limitations and access constraints, which affect user experience. Therefore,
this study aims to evaluate the quality of the BIMA academic information system at UPN
"Veteran" Yogyakarta.
This research uses a structured testing approach in accordance with the ISO/IEC
25010 standard. The eight characteristics tested include functional suitability, performance
efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and portability.
Testing was conducted through direct observation and testing with various testing tools to
provide objective information about the actual condition of the system. The data
acquisition process involved collecting information from users and testing the system with
relevant standard methods for each characteristic.
The test results show that seven out of eight characteristics meet the ISO/IEC 25010
standard. Functional suitability gets a grade of one, performance efficiency gets grade B,
compatibility gets a score of 100%, usability with an average score of 78.6%, reliability
with a score of 100%, maintainability meets the Land identification aspect, and portability
gets a score of 100%. However, security is still at level two (medium) and has not met the
ISO/IEC 25010 standard. This research indicates that the use of the entire ISO/IEC 25010
standard provides a broader and more comprehensive analysis in evaluating the quality of
the BIMA academic information system. This research suggests considering the use of
testing tools and conducting penetration testing to further understand the condition of the
system in terms of security. The results of this study contribute to providing a
comprehensive picture of the quality of academic information systems and
recommendations for improvements needed to improve academic services at UPN
"Veteran" Yogyakarta.
