ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh self
efficacy, kepemimpinan transformasional, terhadap kinerja karyawan dimediasi
komitmen organisasional pada PT. Taspen Yogyakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian
ini berjumlah 30 responden dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh, yang merupakan
seluruh anggota populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan anggota sampel. Metode
analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif
statistik dan analisis PLS dengan alat analisis WarpPls 8.0. Hasil penelitian ini
menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif signifikan self efficacy terhadap kinerja
karyawan pada PT. Taspen Yogyakarta, kepemimpinan transformasional
berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Taspen
Yogyakarta, dan komitmen organisasional memediasi secara positif dan signifikan
pengaruh self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Taspen Yogyakarta,
serta komitmen organisasional memediasi secara positif dan signifikan pengaruh
kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Taspen
Yogyakarta.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect self efficacy,
transformational leadership, on employee performance mediated by organizational
commitment at PT. Taspen Yogyakarta. The sample in this study is 30 respondents
using a saturated sample, which is all members of the population in this study are
members of the sample. The analytical method used in this study uses descriptive
statistical analysis and PLS analysis with the WarpPls 8.0 analysis tool. The results
of this study indicate a significant positive effect self efficacy on the performance of
employees at PT. Taspen Yogyakarta, transformational leadership has a significant
positive effect on employee performance at PT. Taspen Yogyakarta, and
organizational commitment mediated positive and significant influence self efficacy
on the performance of employees at PT. Taspen Yogyakarta, as well as
organizational commitment positively and significantly mediate the influence of
transformational leadership on employee performance at PT. Taspen Yogyakarta.
