Abstract
PENGARUH FAKTOR INTERNAL DAN FAKTOR EKSTERNAL
TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN DALAM PEMBELIAN
PRODUK AKKAR JUICE BAR YOGYAKARTA

ABSTRAK
Penelitian yang dilakukan pada Akkar Juice Bar bertujuan untuk
menganalisis pengaruh faktor internal (gaya hidup, motivasi, persepsi, sikap) dan
faktor ekternal (kelas sosial dan kelompok acuan) terhadap keputusan konsumen
dalam pembelian produk Akkar Juice Bar Yogyakarta. Penelitian menggunakan
metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode
pengambilan sampel untuk penentuan responden menggunakan metode
nonprobability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling sebanyak 100
responden. Penelitian menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik
pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner, dan
dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi
logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi
keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian produk Akkar juice bar adalah faktor
internal yaitu sikap dan faktor eksternal yaitu kelompok acuan.

THE EFFECT OF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FACTORS ON
CONSUMER DECISIONS IN PURCHASING AKKAR
JUICE BAR YOGYAKARTA PRODUCTS

ABSTRACT
The research conducted at Akkar Juice Bar aims to analyze the influence of
internal factors (lifestyle, motivation, perception, attitude) and external factors
(social class and reference group) on consumer decisions in purchasing Akkar Juice
Bar Yogyakarta products. The research uses descriptive quantitative research
methods with a case study approach. The sampling method for determining
respondents used a nonprobability sampling method with an accidental sampling
technique as many as 100 respondents. The study used primary data and secondary
data. Data collection techniques are carried out using interviews, questionnaires,
and documentation. Data analysis techniques with descriptive analysis and logistic
regression analysis. The results showed that the factors influenced consumer
decisions in purchasing Akkar juice bar products were internal factors namely
attitudes and external factors namely the reference group.
