Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green training, green
performance management, dan green employee involvement terhadap
organizational citizenship behavior for environment pada karyawan di Waroeng
Pohon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan
menggunakan metode sampling jenuh, yaitu penelitian dengan teknik
pengambilan sampel secara keseluruhan. Sampel yang diteliti berjumlah 40
responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner
kepada karyawan Waroeng Pohon. Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan
Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan teknik analisis berbasis pada Partial
Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Green Training
berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship
Behavior For Environment, 2) Green Performance Managemen berpengaruh
secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior For
Environment, 3) Green Employee Involvement berpengaruh secara positif dan
signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior For Environment, 4)
Green Training, Green Performance Management, dan Green Employee
Involvement berpengaruh bersama-sama terhadap Organizational Citizenship
Behavior For Environment.
