Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine whether is influence of Total Quality Management (TQM), measurement performance systems, reward systems, and organization commitment on managerial performance at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) in Yogyakarta. With quantitative research methods, the population in this study is the top-level managers, middle, managers and lower managers in BRI Yogyakarta. The study uses purposive sampling there are 66 respondents. Data analysis method is using multiple linear regression. The results of this study are: 1) Total Quality Management (TQM) have a effect on managerial performance 2) Measurement performance systems does not have effect on managerial performance 3) Reward systems does not have effect on managerial performance 4) Organization commitment does not have effect on managerial performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Total Quality Management (TQM), sistem pengukuran kinerja, sistem penghargaan, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja manajerial pada Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) di wilayah Yogyakarta.Dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah manajer tingkat atas, menengah, dan bawah di BRI wilayah Yogyakarta. Metode pemilihan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 66 responden. Metode analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa (1) Total Quality Management (TQM) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial. (2) Sistem pengukuran kinerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial. (3) Sistem penghargaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial. (4) Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial. Kata kunci: Total Quality Management (TQM), sistem pengukuran kinerja, sistem penghargaan, komitmen organisasi, kinerja manajerial.
