Abstract
This research is to know the influence of intellectual capital, profitability, Growth Opportunity, and corporate social responsibillty to company value in real estate property company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange using purposive sampling method. Data used annual financial statements from 2014 to 2016. Based on the criteria of research, as many as 31 companies selected to sample. The results showed that intellectual capital, growth opportunity does not affect the value of the company, while proftability and corporate social responsibillty affect the value of the company. Data yang digunakan laporan keuangan tahunan dari tahun 2014 sampai dengan 2016. Berdasarkan kriteria penelitian maka sebanyak 31 perusahaan terpilih menjadi sample. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intellectual capital , growth opportunity tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan proftabilitas dan corporate social responsibillty berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
