ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the influence of employee engagement, organizational
commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance on CVs. ANGLE Interior and
Furniture Yogyakarta. The population in this study is all CV employees. ANGLE Interior and
Furniture Yogyakarta which totals 40 employees. This study uses a census or a total census.
The sample used amounted to 40 employees. This study uses a quantitative method. The data
collection techniques used are interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses
multiple regression analysis, path analysis, and sobel test. The tool used in this study is SPSS
2023. The results of the study showed that employee engagement had a positive effect on job
satisfaction while organizational commitment had a positive but not significant effect on job
satisfaction. Then employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance through job satisfaction as well as organizational commitment gets the same
results

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement, komitmen
organisasional, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. ANGLE Interior dan
Furniture Di Yogyakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. ANGLE
Interior dan Furniture Di Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 40 karyawan. Penelitian ini
menggunakan sensus atau sensus total yang digunakan berjumlah 40 karyawan. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara
dan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, path analysis, dan
uji sobel. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS 2023. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja
sedangkan komitmen organisasi berpenggaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan
kerja. Lalu employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja
karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja begitu juga komitmen organisasi mendapat hasil yang sama
