ABSTRAK
Website SMA Negeri 3 Kota Serang merupakan portal berita yang dikelola oleh SMA Negeri
3 Kota Serang. Tujuan adanya website ini merupakan upaya sekolah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan
masyarakat akan informasi secara daring. Alasan yang menjadikan website SMA Negeri 3 Kota
Serang sebagai objek penelitian adalah terdapat pengguna website SMA Negeri 3 Kota Serang yang
mengeluhkan yang berkaitan dengan efisiensi, visibility, serta accessibility. Mulai dari tidak adanya
fitur kategori artikel, adanya beberapa gambar yang tidak bisa dimuat, terjadi masalah saat
mengakses halaman Pengumuman Kelulusan serta lain sebagainya. Oleh karena itu, karena sampai
saat ini belum ada informasi mengenai asumsi yang dimiliki oleh pengguna terkait dengan tingkat
usability, dan belum ada penelitian yang telah dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat pengalaman
pengguna dari website SMA Negeri 3 Kota Serang.
Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metode Heuristic Evaluation dengan didukung metode
Usability Testing yang merupakan metode untuk mengukur usability dan pengalaman pengguna
suatu produk, untuk metode Usability Testing melibatkan 4 variabel yang dievaluasi menggunakan
kuesioner berdasarkan PSSUQ versi 3, yang terdiri dari 16 pertanyaan dengan 5 skala likert. Data
yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 100 responden yang merupakan pengguna dari
website SMA Negeri 3 Kota Serang. Selanjutnya, data yang telah diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan
perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel dan juga alat bantu IBM SPSS Statistic 25.
Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah pada metode Usability Testing menunjukan
beberapa temuan. Efisiensi website dinilai sangat cepat berdasarkan nilai Efficiency sebesar 0,0146
goals/detik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengguna mampu menyelesaikan task scenario dengan
tingkat kecepatan yang tinggi. Selanjutnya, analisis terhadap Errors menunjukkan bahwa 75%
penggunaan website berjalan tanpa hambatan, dengan tingkat kesalahan sebesar 12%, yang sesuai
dengan Percentile 75%. Namun, dalam hal kepuasan pengguna pada komponen Satisfactions, nilai
rata-rata Overall yang diberikan oleh pengguna adalah sebesar 2,82, yang menunjukkan bahwa
tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap desain antarmuka dan kinerja website SMA Negeri 3 Kota
Serang masih berada di bawah nilai rata-rata.

ABSTRACT
SMA Negeri 3 Kota Serang website serves as a news portal managed by the school itself.
The purpose of this website is to fulfill the community's need for online information. The school's
initiative to establish this website aims to meet the demand for digital information. The reason for
selecting SMA Negeri 3 Kota Serang website as the research subject is due to the presence of users
who have expressed concerns regarding efficiency, visibility, and accessibility issues. These
concerns include the absence of article categorization features, non-loading images, difficulties in
accessing the Graduation Announcement page, and other related issues. As a result, the lack of
information about user assumptions regarding usability and the absence of research measuring the
user experience of SMA Negeri 3 Kota Serang's website led to this study.
In this study, the Heuristic Evaluation method was employed, supported by the Usability
Testing method, which is used to measure the usability and user experience of a product. For the
Usability Testing method, four variables were evaluated using a questionnaire based on PSSUQ
version 3, comprising 16 questions on a 5-point Likert scale. The data used for this research
consisted of responses from 100 participants who were users of SMA Negeri 3 Kota Serang website.
Subsequently, the collected data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel software as well as the IBM
SPSS Statistics 25 tool.
The results obtained from this study using the Usability Testing method reveal several
findings. The efficiency of the website is evaluated as very fast, indicated by an Efficiency score of
0.0146 goals/second. This indicates that users are able to complete task scenarios at a high speed.
Furthermore, the analysis of Errors demonstrates that 75% of application usage proceeds smoothly,
with an error rate of 12%, aligning with the 75th percentile. However, concerning user satisfaction
in the Satisfaction component, the average Overall score provided by users is 2.82. This suggests
that the level of user satisfaction with the interface design and performance of SMA Negeri 3 Kota
Serang's website is still below the average value.
