Abstract
This research is to determine the employee management variable as a
mediator of the influence of organizational commitment on the performance of
nurses at Cakra Husada Hospital in Klaten. This research is a quantitative
research. The population of this research were all nurses at Cakra Husada
Hospital with a total of 87 nurses. Data collection techniques using
questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis.
The results showed that 1) organizational commitment has a significant positive
direct effect on nurse performance at Cakra Husada Hospital in Klaten 2)
employee engagement has no effect in mediating the effect of organizational
commitment on the performance of nurses at Cakra Husada Hospital in Klaten.
