Abstract

This paper aims to offer a model to examine the factors that affect employee performance which consist of modernization of tax administration, motivation, organizational culture. The population used in this paper is the office employee registered at the Yogyakarta Primary KPP. The sample selection method in this paper uses convenience sampling method. This paper uses multiple linear regression analysis as a data analysis method. The following research models offered are expected to provide references to researchers who want to conduct research on factors that influence employee performance. Keywords: modernization of tax administration, motivation, organizational culture, and employee performance
