Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of compensation, discipline, discipline,
motivation, work environment, and organizational commitment to employee performance at PT
Persero Batam. Respondents are all employees of PT Persero Batam, with sempel totaling 80
people and sampling technique purposive sampling.
This study uses primary data directly through the questionnaire. Analysis technique to test
hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are: (1) Compensation
effect on employee performance; (2) Discipline has no effect on employee performance; (3)
Motivation has no effect on employee performance; (4) The working environment affects employee
performance; and (5) Organizational commitment affects employee performance.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin, disiplin,
motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT
Persero Batam. Responden adalah seluruh karyawan PT Persero Batam, dengan sempel adalah 80
orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data
primer yang secara langsung melalui kuesioner.
Teknik analisis untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini
adalah: (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) Disiplin tidak berpengaruh
terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) Motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; (4)
Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; dan (5) Komitmen organisasional
berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
