Abstract
Saat ini pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia maju pesat yang mengakibatkan peningkatan sifat konsumtif sehingga berimbas pada pergeseran tingkat kebutuhan masyarakat. Produk kreatif atau seni adalah yang banyak diminati. Banyak produk seni berorientasikan handmade dikembangkan, salah satunya adalah bantal lukis. Hellow Pillow adalah produk custom handmade pillow made by order. Dimana ukuran, motif kain dan gambar dibuat berdasarkan keinginan konsumen. Hellow Pillow cocok digunakan sebagai kado atau bingkisan nikah, ulang tahun, wisuda, anniversary dan lain-lain. Distribusi Hellow Pillow meliputi berbagai kota di Indonesia. Implementasi pengembangan business plan Hellow Pillow sesuai dengan apa yang direncanakan. Banyak cara dilakukan untuk mendongkrak penjualan, diantaranya mengendorse selebgram, menggunakan jasa promosi online, mengikuti bazar dan memberikan potongan harga. Promosi yang dilakukan penulis memberikan hasil positif. Followers Hellow Pillow meningkat tajam begitu pula dengan jumlah penjualan. Bahkan untuk Bulan Mei hingga tanggal 10 sudah ada 14 buah pesanan bantal.. Bisnis Hellow Pillow adalah bisnis yang sangat menjanjikan. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan naiknya jumlah penjualan tiap bulannya. Perhitungan Return On Investmen, Net Present Value dan Pay Back Periodenya menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik dan menunjukkan bahwa bisnis ini sangat layak dijalankan. Banyak konsumen yang memberikan testimoni positif atas bantal lukis Hellow Pillow melalui sosial media baik Instagram, Line atau Whatsapp. Karena harganya yang terjangkau dan hasilnya yang lucu, tidak sedikit dari konsumen yang melakukan repeat order. Most people looking for creative product or art. Many art producst especially handmade was devoleped, one of them is painting pillow. Hellow pillow is a custom pillow product made by order. The customers are allowed to request the sizes, fabric motive, and design. Hellow pillow is compatible for wedding, graduation or anniversary gift. Hellow pillow is distributed to almost all of the city in Indonesia. Developing business implementation of hellow pillow is match with the writers plans. There are many ways to increase selling, there are selebgram endorsing, online service promotion, bazaar and give a cutting price. The promotions positive impacts for hellow pillow. Hellow pillow followers increase as well as selling. In May 10th there already 14 order was come. Hellow pillow is a great business. It shown by the number of sellings are increase every month. Calculation of return on investment, net present value and pay back periode are shown good results and hellow pillow showing that this business is very profitable. Most costumers were give their positive testimony to hellow pillow by social media like instagram, line ore whatsapp. Because of price of Hellow pillow price that affordable and unique, not least from consumer that repeat order.
