Abstract
PTPN VII (Persero) Unit Usaha Cinta Manis adalah salah satu perusahaan yang memiliki citra
perusahaan sebagai perusahaan yang ramah lingkungan dan peduli terhadap masyarakat sekitar.
Adanya konflik sengketa tanah antara masyarakat di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir dengan perusahaan
membuat citra perusahaan ini menurun di mata masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk
mengetahui strategi Corporate Social Responsibility yang digunakan PTPN VII (Persero) Unit Usaha
Cinta Manis dalam mempertahankan corporate image. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif
deskriptif dengan teknik pegumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Teori yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Konsep Corporate Social Responsibility, Social Contract
Theory, Social Exchange Theory, dan corporate image. PTPN VII (Persero) Unit Usaha Cinta Manis
dalam strategi perencanaan nya membagi menjadi tiga, yakni strategi untuk program kemitraan
yang terdiri dari strategi assessment kelayakan calon mitra binaan, strategi assessment kelayakan
nilai modal, strategi pembinaan mitra. Sedangkan untuk program bina lingkungan dalam strategi
perencanaan membagi menjadi tiga, yakni strategi corporate giving, strategi corporate community
relations, strategi corporate philanthropy. Kemudian dalam mengimplementasikan program PKBL
PTPN VII (Persero)mewujudkannya dengan program “PTPN 7 PEDULI” yang terdiri dari program
PTPN 7 Peduli Kemitraan, PTPN 7 Peduli Bencana Alam, PTPN 7 Peduli Pendidikan, PTPN 7 Peduli
Kesehatan, PTPN 7 Peduli Pembangunan, PTPN 7 Peduli Keagmaan, dan PTPN 7 Peduli Lingkungan
Alam. Untuk strategi evaluasi, PTPN VII (Persero) Unit Usaha Cinta Manis telah melakukan evalusi
program yang sudah dijalankan. Sejauh ini program tersebut diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat,
sehingga masyarakat banyak yang memberikan penilaian citra positif terhadap perusahaan.
PTPN VII (Persero) the cinta manis's unit which is the one of company that have a great image as an
environment keeper and care with the nearest society. But with the land’s conflict between society
in Ogan Ilir’s district made the corporate image down. The main purpose from this research is to
knowing the corporate social responsibility program which is used by PTPN VII the cinta manis's unit
to maintain the corporate image. This research use the qualitative descriptive method which is
collecting data with observation, interview, and book research. Theories in this research are
Corporate Social Responsibility, Social Contract Theory, Social Exchange Theory, and corporate
image. PTPN VII (Persero) cinta manis's unit in the strategies of planning divided into 3 kinds,
strategy of partnership program which is including the assessment strategy of properness partner,
assessment strategy of properness financial, creation strategy partner. Whereas for the construction
of environment are divided into 3 kinds, corporate giving strategy, corporate community relations
strategy, corporate philanthropy strategy. And for the implementation of PKBL PTPN VII (Persero) is
with creating the “PTPN 7 PEDULI” program which are including the PTPN 7 partner awarness , PTPN
7 environment awarness, PTPN 7 education awarness, PTPN 7 health awarness, PTPN 7 construction
awarness, PTPN 7 religion awareness, PTPN 7 environment disaster awarness . For the evaluating
strategy, PTPN VII (Persero) cinta manis's unit has been done the evaluating program. So far, this
program accepted by the societies, so the societies giving manygood feedback or positive respons to
the company.
