Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja dan perilaku kewargaan organisasional terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan selama bulan September 2013. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini karyawan RS Polri Bhayangkara Polda DIY. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 orang yang diambil secara random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hipotesis penelitian diuji dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Kepempinan transformasional secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan; (2) Kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan; (3) Perilaku kewargaan organisasional secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan. Secara bersama-sama kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja, dan perilaku kewargaan organisasional juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan. Kata kunci: keterikatan kerja, perilaku kewargaan organisasional This research aim to know influence of transformasional leadership, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior on employee job engagement. Research is done during September 2013. Sample applied in this research are employee of Bhayangkara Hospital Polda DIY. Number of samples applied 80 employees who taken in random sampling. Data collecting is done by using questionaire which has been validity and reliability tested. Research hypothesis is tested with multiple regression analysis. Result of this research shows: (1) Transformasional Leadership, parsially had an signifikan effect to Employee Job Engagement ; (2) Job satisfaction parsially had an signifikan effect to Employee Job Engagement; (3) Organizational Citizenship Behaviour parsially had an signifikan effect to Employee Job Engagement. Joinly leadership transformasional, job satisfaction, and behavior of member organisasional also influential signifikan to binding of employee job.
