Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study aimed to examine the effect of investment decisions, financing decisions,
and profitability of the enterprise value of the companies listed on the Indonesian
Stock Exchange. Population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesian
Stock Exchange in the period 2011 to 2013 amounted to 153 companies. Sampling
using purposive sampling method, samples obtained from these methods by 66
companies. This research using the method of multiple linear regression analysis to
test. The results of this study indicate that the investment decisions, financing
decisions, and profitabilty affect the value of the company.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keputusan investasi, keputusan
pendanaan, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur
yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh
perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2011
sampai 2013 sebesar 153 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode
purposive sampling, dari metode tersebut diperoleh sampel sebesar 66 perusahaan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji
hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan investasi, keputusan
pendanaan, dan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
Kata kunci: keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, profitabilitas, nilai
perusahaan.
