Abstract
This research aimed to: (1) analyze farmer’s empowerment level in farmer groups Rukun Santoso I. (2) to analyze the influence of capital, training, and assistance to farmer’s empowerment group Rukun Santoso I. This research used a survey method. Determining the location of the research is purposive sampling method. Respondents taken used the cencus method, covering the whole population of farmers who joined a group of farmers RUKUN SANTOSO I. Data type used was a primary data from an interview and questionnaire filled in by the related respondents, and a secondary data obtained from the library, internet and farmer group Rukun santoso I.To analyze farmer’s empowerment level used a Likert scale. To analyze the influence of capital, training, and mentoring towards farmer’s empowerment group Rukun Santoso I used multiple regression analysis model.The research result showed that: 1) Farmer’s empowerment in farmer groups Rukun Santoso I was in high category; 2) Capital, training and mentoring effect on the empowerment of farmer’s cooperative group’s Rukun Santoso I Keywords: Empowerment, cultivation, empowerment level
