Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh DER, ROE, total aset, kepemilikan institusional dan dewan komisaris terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahan food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2010-2013. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria perusahaan yang menyajikan laporan keuangan berturut-turut periode tahun 2010- 2013 dan menyajikan datanya secara lengkap yang mencakup data dari variabel yang diteliti, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal dan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan ukuran perusahaan, kepemilikan institusional dan dewan komisaris tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: struktur modal, profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, kepemilikan institusional, dewan komisaris, nilai perusahaan. ABSTRACT Title: Effect der , roe , total assets , institutional ownership and board commissioner against corporate values in the food and drink companies registered in indonesia stock exchange in 2010-2013. This study aimed to examine the effect of DER, ROE, total assets, institutional ownership and board of directors to corporate value on food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all food and beverage company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2010-2013. While this sample was determined by purposive sampling method based on the criteria companies presenting financial statements successive year period 2010-2013 and present the complete data that includes data from the variables studied, in order to obtain a sample of 13 companies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that capital structure and profitability significantly influence the value of the company. While the size of the company, institutional ownership and board of commissioners has no significant effect on firm value.
