Abstract

ABSTRAK
Bahro Milk merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang produksi dan
penjualan susu murni segar dan pasteurisasi. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi
perusahaan adalah pencatatan yang masih dilakukan secara manual, pengecekan
persediaan yang masih dilakukan secara langsung, dan ketidaktersediaan
perhitungan keuntungan. Kendala yang dihadapi perusahaan akibat permasalahan
tersebut adalah tingginya risiko terjadinya kesalahan pencatatan, kesulitan dalam
memantau stok barang secara real-time, dan kesulitan dalam memantau keuntungan
usaha. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang bertujuan untuk
memudahkan pencatatan setiap transaksi penjualan secara detail, pemantauan stok
barang secara real-time, dan penyediaan perhitungan keuntungan secara otomatis.
Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah System Development Life
Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu
peracangan, analisis, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. Metode ini dipilih
karena setiap tahapan dilakukan secara sistematis agar menghasilkan sistem yang
sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem informasi didesain dengan
menggunakan Balsamiq Wireframes, diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan
Visual Studio, dan database menggunakan Microsoft Access. Sistem informasi
dilakukan pengujian yang terdiri dari pengujian black box dan User Acceptance Test
(UAT).
Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mencatat transaksi
penjualan secara lengkap, mengelola data barang dan user, menampilkan stok
barang secara aktual, serta menghasilkan laporan penjualan dan keuntungan secara
otomatis. Hasil pengujian black box dinyatakan berhasil secara keseluruhan,
sedangkan untuk pengujian User Acceptance Test (UAT) menghasilkan rata-rata
persentase sebesar 95% yang dapat disimpulkan disimpulkan bahwa sistem telah
layak digunakan dalam operasional harian. Tingginya tingkat penerimaan pengguna
juga mencerminkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi kerja serta
mudah diadaptasi oleh pelaku UMKM seperti Bahro Milk.

ABSTRACT
Bahro Milk is a business engaged in the production and sale of fresh and
pasteurized milk. The main challenges faced by the company are manual record
keeping, in-person inventory checks, and the lack of profit calculations. These
challenges include a high risk of recording errors, difficulty in monitoring inventory
in real time, and difficulty in monitoring business profits. Therefore, an information
system is needed to facilitate detailed recording of each sales transaction, real-time
inventory monitoring, and automatic profit calculations.
The development method used is the Waterfall System Development Life
Cycle (SDLC) model, which consists of several stages: design, analysis, design,
implementation, and testing. This method was chosen because each stage is
systematically executed to produce a system that meets user needs. The information
system was designed using Balsamiq Wireframes, implemented using Visual Studio,
and the database used Microsoft Access. The information system was tested using
black box testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Implementation results indicate that the system can comprehensively record
sales transactions, manage item and user data, display actual inventory, and
automatically generate sales and profit reports. Black box testing was declared a
complete success, while User Acceptance Testing (UAT) yielded an average success
rate of 95%, indicating the system's suitability for daily operations. The high level
of user acceptance also reflects the system's ability to improve work efficiency and
its ease of adaptation by MSMEs like Bahro Milk.
