Abstract
The study aimed at analyzing the direct and indirect impact of organizational culture, leadership, individual characteristic and farmer’s motivation toward the performance of social assistance utilization in the dairy farmers’ group in Pakem district. There were two methods in this research i.e. descriptive analysis and path analysis. The type of data was primary data. Further, this research used several variables such as organizational culture, leadership, individual characteristic of the officers; farmer’s motivation and the performance of social assistance utilization.The result showed that organizational culture, leadership, individual characteristic of the officers and farmer’s motivation had direct and indirect impact toward the performance of social assistance utilization.Organization culture and individual characteristic of the officers had positive and significant impact toward the farmer’s motivation but had not significant impact toward the performance of social assistance utilization. Meanwhile, the leadership of the officers had positive and significant impact toward the performance of social assistance utilization but had not significant impact toward the farmer’s motivation. And the last, the farmer’s motivation had positive and significant impact toward the performance of social assistance utilization.
