ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji model komunikasi pada sebuah organisasi
yaitu PT. Nokia Solutions Network yang proses koordinasinya menggunakan media
sosial yaitu WhatsApp Group sebagai alat penunjang bagi karyawannya. peneliti
menggunakan metode kualititaf fenomenologi. Penelitian ini meyoroti bagaimana
proses koordinasi tersebut dan cara agar tujuan koordinasi tersebut tercapai. Penelitian
ini juga menggunakan teori komunikasi organisasi untuk meminimalisir informasi
yang ambigu dalam komunikasi via WAG. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat
disimpulkan bahwa dinamika yang terjadi pada proses koordinasi tersebut, masih
belum berjalan dengan baik dikarenakan adanya beberapa hambatan yang di temui,
sehingga proses koordinasi yang di inginkan belum berjalan dengan lancar, serta ada
juga kendala, seperti lambat nya respon dari komunikan (manajer lapangan) yang
kadang membuat proses koordinasi yang harusnya segera diselesaikan menjadi
terhambat akibat kurangnya kesadaran akan tanggung jawab antar karyawan ketika
melakukan proses koordinasi melalui media sosial WAG.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to examine the communication model in an organization, namely
PT Nokia Solutions Network, whose coordination process uses social media, namely
WhatsApp Group as a support tool for its employees. researchers use
phenomenological qualitative methods. This research highlights how the coordination
process is and how the coordination goals are achieved. This research also uses
organizational communication theory to minimize ambiguous information in
communication via WAG. From the results of the research conducted, it can be
concluded that the dynamics that occur in the coordination process are still not going
well due to several obstacles encountered, so that the desired coordination process has
not run smoothly, and there are also obstacles, such as the slow response from
communicants (field managers) which sometimes makes the coordination process that
should be completed immediately become obstructed due to the lack of awareness of
responsibility between employees when carrying out the coordination process through
WAG social media.
