ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung gaya
kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja, pengaruh langsung lingkungan kerja terhadap
kinerja dan pengaruh langsung disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan
pengaruh bersama-sama gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja
terhadap kinerja pada karyawan Puskesmas cawas di kabupaten klaten. Kajian ini
fokus pada subjek peneltiian karyawan Puskesmas cawas di kabupaten klaten.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dengan menggunakan
alat analisis statistik Program SPSS dan melibatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 38
karyawan Puskesmas cawas di kabupaten klaten. Pengumpulan data dalam
penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa
(1) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pada karyawan
Puskesmas cawas di kabupaten klaten 2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif
terhadap kinerja pada karyawan Puskesmas cawas di kabupaten klaten. (3)
Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pada karyawan Puskesmas
cawas di kabupaten klaten (4) Gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin
kerja berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pada karyawan
Puskesmas cawas di kabupaten klaten

ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the direct influence of leadership style on
performance, the direct influence of the work environment on performance and
the direct influence of work discipline on employee performance and the joint
influence of leadership style, work environment and work discipline on the
performance of employees at the Cawas Health Center, Klaten Regency. This
study focuses on the research subject of employees of the Cawas Health Center,
Klaten Regency.
This research used a quantitative methodology using the SPSS Program
statistical analysis tool and involved a sample size of 38 employees of the Cawas
Health Center, Klaten Regency. Data collection in this research used a
questionnaire. The results of this research prove that (1) Leadership style has a
positive effect on the performance of employees at the Cawas Health Center,
Klaten Regency (2) The work environment has a positive effect on the
performance of employees at the Cawas Health Center, Klaten Regency. (3) Work
discipline has a positive effect on the performance of employees at the Cawas
Health Center, Klaten Regency (4) Leadership style, work environment and work
discipline have a joint effect on the performance of employees at the Cawas
Health Center, Klaten Regency
