ABSTRACT
The sustainability of the performance of culinary MSMEs in the midst of rapid
technological developments and widespread environmental problems requires culinary
MSMEs in Depok District, Sleman Regency to be able to adapt in order to maintain the
sustainability of their businesses which have also been hit hard by the Covid-19 pandemic
in 2020 to 2022. Ofcourse The challenges faced are not only related to the impact on the
financial performance of MSMEs but also related to social performance and
environmental performance.
Objectives: This research aims to examine the impact of Sustainable Supply Chain
Management Practices on Sustainable Firm Performance mediated by Innovation
Adaption.
Methodology: the method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population
studied consisted of culinary MSMEs in Depok District, Sleman Regency. This research
uses a sampling method called purposive sampling with certain criteria. This research
uses the partial least squares (PLS) analysis method via SmartPLS 3.0 software to analyze
hypotheses.
Finding: This research shows that Sustainable Supply Chain Management Practices have
a positive and significant effect on Sustainable Firm Performance. Innovation Adaption
does not have a significant effect on Sustainable Firm Performance.
Conclusion: Sustainable Supply Chain Management Practices is a good method to be
used by Culinary MSMEs in Depok District, Sleman Regency to improve Sustainable
Firm Performance.
