Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Corporate Social Responsibility dan Good Corporate Governance terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia). Varibel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Corporate Social Responsibility dan Good Corporate Governance yang di proksikan Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional, Dewan Komisaris Independen dan Komite Audit. Variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Nilai Perusahaan dengan menggunakan rasio Tobin Q. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2012-2014, teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Terdapat 26 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel penelitian dan metode analisis pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil menunjukan bahwa Corporate Social Responsibility dan Dewan Komisaris Independen mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap Nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional, dan Komite Audit tidak menunjukan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Corporate Social Responsibility, Good Corporate Governance, Nilai Perusahaan ABSTRACT This research is aimed to obtain the effects of Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance on the Company Value listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange/IDX (Empirical study on Manufacture Companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange). The independent variables used in this research are Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance of which the latter was being represented by Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Board of Independent Commisioners and Audit Committee. The dependent variable used in this research is the Company Value by using the Tobin Q ratio. The population in this research is the manufacture companies listed on IDX on 2012-2014, the data sampling method used was purposive sampling. There were 26 companies which complied with the criteria as the research samples and the analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that Corporate Social Responsibility and Board of Independent Commisioners had significant relationships to the Company Value, while the Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Audit Committee did not exhibit significant relationships to the Company Value.
