ABSTRAK
PT Darma Henwa merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang
kontraktor pertambangan. Pada lokasi penelitian yang berada di Kecamatan Kintap,
Kabupaten Tanah Laut, Kalimantan Selatan, PT Darma Henwa merupakan
kontraktor dari PT Arutmin Indonesia yang menjalankan kegiatan penambangan
batubara. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kegiatan pengupasan overburden yang
dilakukan oleh PT Darma Henwa site Kintap Coal Project. Penelitian dilakukan
terhadap rencana penambangan yang akan dijalankan pada bulan Mei 2023, dengan
penggunaan unit antara lain alat muat jenis Sany SY500 (50 ton) 13 unit dan
Komatsu PC1250 (125 ton) 3 unit, serta penggunaan alat angkut berjenis Scania
P360 (30 ton) 75 unit dan Komatsu HD465 (60 ton) 20 unit. Lokasi yang
direncanakan menjadi area front penambangan terbagi mejadi 3 zona area yang
mana area A memiliki jarak angkut 1200 m, area B memiliki jarak angkut 2000 m,
dan area C memiliki jarak angkut 2500 m.
Perencanaan awal Perusahaan melakukan setting fleet untuk kegiatan
pengupasan overburden bulan Mei 2023 menggunakan pasangan antara alat muat
jenis Sany SY500 (kelas 50 ton) dengan alat angkut jenis Scania P360 (kelas 30
ton), dan alat muat Komatsu PC1250 (kelas 125 ton) dengan alat angkut Jenis
Komatsu HD465 (kelas 60 ton). Namun dengan penggunaan setting fleet demikian
mengakibatkan terdapat adanya unit hanya dalam kondisi standby yaitu 5 unit
Komatsu HD465 dan 2 unit Sany SY500, dan menghasilkan nilai produksi diangka
1.301.854 bcm/bulan
Kemudian dilakukan perencanaan dan pemberian saran penggunaan 1 unit
Sany SY500 sebagai alat muat yang dipasangkan dengan 5 unit alat angkut
Komatsu HD465 yang awalnya hanya dalam kondisi standby, sehingga
menghasilkan jumlah unit dalam kondisi standby hanya 1 unit Sany SY500, dan
menghasilkan nilai produksi diangka 1.398.787 bcm/bulan

ABSTRACT
PT Darma Henwa is a company specialized in mining contracting. At the
research location in Kintap District, Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan, PT
Darma Henwa is a contractor of PT Arutmin Indonesia which operates coal mining
activities. This research was focused on overburden removal activities organized
by PT Darma Henwa Kintap Coal Project site. The research was conducted on the
mining plan that will be carried out in May 2023, with the use of units including
Sany SY500 (50 tons) 13 units and Komatsu PC1250 (125 tons) 3 units, also using
Scania P360 (30 tons) 75 units and Komatsu HD465 (60 tons) 20 units. The area
planned to be the mining front area is divided into 3 zone areas where area A is
1200m away, area B is 2000m away, and area C is 2500m away.
The first plan of the Company's setting fleet for overburden removal
activities in May 2023 used a pair of Sany SY500 (50 ton class) loaders with Scania
P360 (30 ton class) haulers, and Komatsu PC1250 (125 ton class) loaders with
Komatsu HD465 (60 ton class) haulers. However, with this arrangement of the
fleet, it resulted in the number of units only in standby condition, including 5 units
of Komatsu HD465 and 2 units of Sany SY500, and resulted in production value
reaching 1,301,854 bcm/month.
Then planning and giving advice on the use of 1 unit of Sany SY500 as a
loader paired with 5 units of Komatsu HD465 haulers which were previously only
in standby condition, resulting in the number of units in standby condition only 1
unit of Sany SY500, and producing a production value of 1,398,787 bcm/month.
