ABSTRAK
PT. KPLC memiliki 4 stakeholder yaitu corporate owner, supplier, karyawan, dan
pelanggan. PT. KPLC memiliki beberapa target yang belum tercapai, hal ini terjadi karena
kinerja dari stakeholder tidak maksimal yang dibuktikan dengan data target perusahaan
yang menunjukkan beberapa target dari stakeholder belum tercapai. PT. KPLC belum
pernah melakukan pengukuran kinerja sebelumnya, sehingga perlu dilakukan pengukuran
kinerja perusahaan dengan seluruh stakeholder yang terkait untuk mengetahui berapa nilai
pengukuran kinerja perusahaan dan strategi peningkatan kinerja seperti apa yang perlu
diterapkan oleh perusahaan untuk dapat mencapai target perusahaan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekomendasikan usulan strategi peningkatan
kinerja perusahaan dengan metode performance prism. Penggunaan metode Performane
Prism pada penelitian kali ini karena metode ini dapat mengukur kinerja perusahaan
terkhusus kinerja stakeholder, metode ini juga berorientasi pada strategi dengan
metodologi pengukuran yang memperhatikan kepentingan stakeholder. Penelitian ini
dilakukan dengan cara melakukan wawancara kepuasan dan kontribusi stakeholder yang
akan diolah menjadi kuesioner, lalu akan dilakukan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas
kemudian melakukan eliminasi indikator pada hasil kuesioner. Lalu hasil dari kuesioner
akan diolah menjadi wawancara rancangan KPI stakeholder yang kemudian akan menjadi
data KPI per periode dan target perusahaan. Kemudian akan melakukan pembobotan KPI
dengan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), lalu akan melakukan scoring
dengan menggunakan Objective Matrix (OMAX). Hasil perhitungan skor pencapaian
kinerja akan dicek menggunakan Traffic Light System (TLS) untuk mengetahui indikasi
perbaikan menggunakan TLS.
Berdasarkan analisis hasil dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengukuran kinerja
perusahaan PT. KPLC dengan menggunakan metode performance prism pada periode I
sebesar 3,621, pada periode II sebesar 4,478 dengan indeks produktifitas sebesar 23,67%.
Dari 25 KPI terdapat 10 KPI yang dikategorikan hijau, 11 KPI yang dikategorikan kuning,
dan 4 KPI yang dikategorikan merah. Strategi peningkatan kinerja perusahaan yang dapat
diusulkan yaitu melakukan penyuluhan tentang Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru (AKB) terkait
periode masa transisi pasca covid-19 serta pengadaan fasilitas protokol kesehatan,
Mempertimbangkan kualitas produk, analisis track record, konsistensi, serta melakukan
survey untuk mencari harga terbaik maupun supplier yang tepat, Menganalisis efisiensi
biaya operasional guna menunjang optimalisasi profitabilitas usaha bidang jasa,
Mengadakan pembinaan mengenai motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasional untuk
dapat meningkatkan kinerja serta produktivitas karyawan.

ABSTRACT
PT. KPLC had 4 stakeholders, namely corporate owners, suppliers, employees,
and customers. PT. KPLC has several targets that have not been achieved, this happens
because the performance of stakeholders is not optimal as proved by the company's target
data which shows several targets from stakeholders have not been achieved. PT. KPLC has
never conduct a performance measurement before, so it is necessary to measure company
performance with all relevant stakeholders to find out the value of company performance
measurement and what kind of performance improvement strategy the company needs to
implement in order to achieve company targets.
This research goals to recommend a proposed strategy to improve company
performance using the performance prism method. The use of the Performane Prism
method in this research is because this method can measure company performance,
especially stakeholder performance, this method is also strategy-oriented with a
measurement methodology that takes into stakeholders. This research was conducted by
conducting stakeholder satisfaction and contribution interviews which would be processed
into questionnaires, then validity and reliability testing would be proceed then eliminating
indicators in the questionnaire results. Then the results of the questionnaire will be
processed into stakeholder KPI design interviews which will then become KPI data per
period and company targets. Then proceed the KPI weighting using the Analytical
Hierarchy Process (AHP), then will do the scoring using the Objective Matrix (OMAX).
The results of calculating performance achievement scores will be checked using the
Traffic Light System (TLS) to find out indications of improvements using TLS.
Based on the analysis of the results it can be concluded that the results of
measuring the performance of PT. KPLC using the performance prism method in the first
period was 3.621, in the second period it was 4.478 with a productivity index of 23.67%.
Of the 25 KPIs, 10 KPIs are categorized as green, 11 KPIs are categorized as yellow, and
4 KPIs are categorized as red. Strategies to improve company performance that can be
proposed are conducting counseling on New Habit Adaptation (NHA) related to the post-
covid-19 transition period and procuring health protocol facilities, considering product
quality, track record analysis, consistency, and conducting surveys to find the best prices
and suppliers appropriate, Analyze the efficiency of operational costs to support the
optimization of business profitability in the service sector, Provide guidance on work
motivation and organizational commitment to be able to improve employee performance
and productivity.
