ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi tehadap
kinerja pegawai, mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai,
mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja, dan untuk mengetahui
pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai
SMK N 3 Wonosari. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan Tata Usaha SMK N
3 Wonosari yang berjumlah 36 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan
kuesioner sedangkan analisis data dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja.
Pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Pengembangan karir tidak
berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Kompetensi, pelatihan, dan pengembangan
karir secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai SMK
Negeri 3 wonosari Gunungkidul
Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Pelatihan, Pengembangan karir, kinerja karyawan
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence on employee
performance, know the effect of training on employee performance, determine the effect
of career development on performance, and to determine the influence of competence,
training, and career development on the performance of employees of SMK N 3 Wonosari.
The population of this study was 36 employees of Administration of SMK N 3 Wonosari.
Data collection techniques use questionnaires while data analysis with multiple linear
regression analysis. The results showed that competence has a positive effect on
performance. Training has a positive effect on performance. Career development has a
positive effect on performance. Competence, training, and career development together
have a positive effect on the performance of employees of SMK Negeri 3 Wonosari
Gunungkidul
