Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to investigate the factors that influence taxpayer behavior on the intensity in the use of e-filing facility, in particular on STO Sleman. The variables used in this study is the perception of simplicity, perception of security and confidentiality, the readiness of information technology, usability perception, and the perception of the experience. The data used in this study are primary data using questionnaires. The respondents were the individual taxpayer who had used e-filing or who already have the manual of the e-filing applications but have never tested directly. The method of collecting samples used in this study was convenience sampling. Questionnaire data were tested by validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, and test hypotheses using regression with SPSS version 20. The results showed that: (1) Perceived Ease affect the intensity of the behavior in the use of the facility of e-filing, (2) perception of security and confidentiality does not affect the intensity of the behavior in the use of the facility of e-filing, (3) the readiness of information technology has no effect on the intensity behavior in the use of e-filing facility, (4) the perception of usefulness does not affect the intensity of the behavior in the use of e-filing facility, (5) the perception of the experience affect the intensity of the behavior in the use of efiling facility Keywords : Behavioral Intensity For The E-Filling Usage, Ease Perceived ease , Security and Privacy, Readiness Technology Information, Perceived Usefulness and Experience. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi wajib pajak terhadap intensitas perilaku dalam penggunaan fasilitas e-filing, khususnya di KPP Pratama Sleman. Variabel-variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah persepsi kemudahan, persepsi keamanan dan kerahasiaan, kesiapan teknologi informasi, persepsi kegunaan, dan persepsi pengalaman. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Responden adalah Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang telah menggunakan e-filing atau yang telah mengetahui manual dari aplikasi e-filing tapi belum pernah mencobanya secara langsung. Metode pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah convenience sampling. Data kuesioner diuji dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan menguji hipotesis menggunakan regresi dengan program SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Persepsi Kemudahan berpengaruh terhadap intensitas perilaku dalam penggunaan fasilitas e-filing, (2) Persepsi keamanan dan kerahasiaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensitas perilaku dalam penggunaan fasilitas e-filing, (3) kesiapan teknologi informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensitas perilaku dalam penggunaan fasilitas efiling, (4) persepsi kegunaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensitas perilaku dalam penggunaan fasilitas e-filing, (5) persepsi pengalaman berpengaruh terhadap intensitas perilaku dalam penggunaan fasilitas e-filing. Kata Kunci : Intensitas perilkau dalam penggunaan fasilitas e-filing, persepsi kemudahan, persepsi keamanan dan kerahasiaan, kesiapan teknologi informasi, persepsi kegunaan, dan persepsi pengalaman.
