ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh struktur modal,
pertumbuhan perusahaan, likuiditas, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan.
Populasi/objek penelitian ini yaitu pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor food and
beverages yang sudah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2017-
2021. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive
sampling yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Dari 30 perusahaan manufaktur
sektor food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama
tahun 2017-2021, terdapat 16 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dan dapat
dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah
uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji
heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi dan uji multikolinearitas. Selain itu, analisis
regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis yaitu koefisien determinasi dan uji t. Hasil
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal dan profitabilitas berpengaruh
terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan pertumbuhan perusahaan dan likuiditas tidak
berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, company
growth, liquidity, and profitability on firm value. The population/object of this
research is manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sector that have
been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021. This study took
samples using a purposive sampling technique that was selected based on certain
criteria. Of the 30 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector
listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2017-2021, there were 16
companies that met the criteria and could be used as samples in this study. The
data analysis method used is descriptive statistical test, classic assumption test,
which consists of normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test and
multicollinearity test. In addition, multiple linear regression analysis, and
hypothesis testing, namely the coefficient of determination and the t test. The
results of this study indicate that capital structure and profitability affect firm
value, while firm growth and liquidity do not affect firm value.
