ABSTRAK
PT. Putra Nugraha Sentosa adalah industri yang bergerak di bidang
percetakan dan pengemasan komersial. Sejak beroperasinya pada tahun 2015 PT.
Putra Nugraha Sentosa belum pernah dilakukannya evaluasi kinerja baik dari
berbagai aspek. Terbukti dari hasil lembar penilaian yang telah diisi oleh pihak
perusahaan bahwa banyak target yang belum tercapai bahkan menurun. Seperti
jumlah produktifitas karyawan yang belum mencapai target perusahaan, saat ini
produktifitas karyawan adalah 70% sedangkan target perusahaan adalah 80%. Lalu
menurunnya target jumlah pelanggan tetap, yang semula adalah 30% menjadi 25%.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur kinerja perusahaan dan menentukan strategi
perbaikan kinerja perusahaan berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kinerja menggunakan
metode Stategic Management Analysis and Reporting Technique (SMART)
System.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara melakukan pembobotan perspektif dan
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dengan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy
Process (AHP), yang nantinya KPI akan ditentukan bersama perusahaan. Lalu akan
dilakukannya perhitungan skor pencapaian kinerja perusahaan dengan
menggunakan Objective Matrix (OMAX). Hasil perhitungan skor pencapaian
kinerja perusahaan akan dicek menggunakan Traffic Light System (TLS) untuk
mengetahui indikasi perbaikan menggunakan TLS.
Pada periode I (Agustus - November 2021) ke periode II (Desember 2021 -
Maret 2022) indeks produktifitas perusahaan memiliki nilai sebesar 94,17% dan
pada periode II (Desember 2021 - Maret 2022) ke periode III (April – Juli 2022)
indeks produktifitas perusahaan memiliki nilai sebesar 8,64%. Dari 18 KPI terdapat
6 KPI dikategorikan hijau, 10 KPI dikategorikan kuning, dan 2 KPI dikategorikan
merah. Strategi perbaikan untuk KPI yang dikategorikan merah yaitu dilakukannya
perusahaan perlu meningkatkan pelayanannya terhadap pelanggan, dengan adanya
pelatihan untuk menangani pelanggan (costumer service), perusahaan perlu
memberikan garansi, dan perusahaan perlu membagi peralatan produksi secara
merata.

ABSTRACT
PT. Putra Nugraha Sentosa is an industry engaged in commercial printing
and packaging. Since its operation in 2015 PT. Putra Nugraha Sentosa has never
done a good performance evaluation from various aspects. It is evident from the
results of the assessment sheet that has been filled in by the company that many
targets have not been achieved and have even decreased. For example, the number
of employee productivity that has not reached the company's target, currently the
employee's productivity is 70% while the company's target is 80%. Then the target
number of regular customers decreased, from 30% to 25%. The purpose of this
research is to measure company performance and determine strategies to improve
company performance based on the results of performance measurements using the
Strategic Management Analysis and Reporting Technique (SMART) System
method.
This research was carried out by means of perspective weighting and Key
Performance Indicator (KPI) using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), which
KPI will later be determined with the company. Then the company's performance
achievement scores will be calculated using the Objective Matrix (OMAX). The
results of calculating the company's performance achievement score will be
checked using the Traffic Light System (TLS) to find out indications of improvement
using TLS.
In period I (August - November 2021) to period II (December 2021 - March
2022) the company's productivity index has a value of 94.17% and in period II
(December 2021 - March 2022) to period III (April - July 2022) the index company
productivity has a value of 8.64%. Of the 18 KPIs, 6 KPIs are categorized as green,
10 KPIs are categorized as yellow, and 2 KPIs are categorized as red. The
improvement strategy for KPIs that are categorized as red is that the company
needs to improve its service to customers, with training to handle customers
(customer service), companies need to provide guarantees, and companies need to
share production equipment evenly.
