Abstract
vii ABSTRAK E-wallet merupakan sebuah model pembayaran yang secara online sehingga pengguna dapat melakukan transaksi dimana saja dan kapan saja, contoh e-wallet yang dapat digunakan di era sekarang juga sudah banyak digunakan, salah satunya ialah aplikasi e-wallet DANA (Toeh,W et al.,2013). DANA merupakan sebuah dompet digital yang memungkinkan penggunanya melakukan transaksi tanpa uang tunai ataupun kartu. Dalam survei Snapcart periode Maret 2021 untuk pertanyaan mengenai data jumlah pengguna e-wallet, aplikasi e-wallet DANA menempati posisi keempat dengan presentase sebesar 49% (Astrid, 2021). Selain itu, terdapat beberapa kasus pada tahun 2018 dilansir dari website Technologue.id bahwa terjadi kebocoran data di sejumlah layanan digital di Indonesia tetapi pihak DANA membuka suara bahwa pengguna DANA tidak perlu khawatir akan keamanan data, sesuai dengan perkataan dari Dedy sebagai berikut, terkait keamanan data itu sudah tidak bisa di tawar lagi karena kita mempunyai teknologi yang sangat baik untuk menjaga keamanan data para pengguna (Dedy Sahat, 2020). Dengan adanya pertimbangan beberapa faktor yang telah dijabarkan, maka dalam penelitian ingin menilai faktor – faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penggunaan dalam aplikasi e-wallet DANA, dan untuk menilai faktor – faktor dalam penggunaan e-wallet akan menggunakan model unified thory of acceptance and use of technology2 (UTAUT2). UTAUT2 merupakan model evaluasi penerimaan teknologi baru yang berasal dari beberapa gabungan model penerimaan teknologi lainnya. UTAUT2 merupakan pengembangan dari model UTAUT dengan penambahan 3 variabel yakni hedonic motivation, price value dan habit, penambahan dikarenakan model UTAUT2 untuk pengguna teknologi bisa melihat dari luar organisasinya juga. Model UTAUT2 terdapat 9 variabel yaitu performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE), social influence (SI), facilitating conditions (FC), behavior intention (BI), use behaviour (UB), hedonic motivation (HM), price value (PV) dan habit (H). Penelitian dilakukan akan menggunakan keseluruhan faktor yang ada pada UTAUT2 dan dilakukan dengan cara kuantitatif, distribusi kuesioner secara online dengan 30 pertanyaan, dan analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 97 orang yang tinggal di daerah Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor facilitating conditions terhadap use behaviour dengan nilai sebesar 6.037, faktor habit terhadap behaviour intention dengan nilai sebesar 2.345, dan yang terakhir faktor behaviour intention terhadap use behaviour dengan nilai sebesar 2.322. Faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan e-wallet DANA sesuai pengujian UTAUT2 ada 3 faktor, yaitu umur, jenis kelamin, dan pengalaman pengguna. DANA is a digital wallet that allows users to make transactions without cash or cards. In the Snapcart survey for the March 2021 period for questions regarding data on the number of e-wallet users, the DANA e-wallet application occupies the fourth position with a percentage of 49% (Astrid, 2021). In addition, there were several cases in 2018 reported from the Technologue.id website that data leaks occurred in a number of digital services in Indonesia but the DANA opened its voice that DANA users do not need to worry about data security, according to what Dedy said as follows, related to security the data is non-negotiable because we have excellent technology to maintain the security of users' data (Dedy Sahat, 2020). With the consideration of several factors that have been described, in this study, we want to assess what factors influence the use in the DANA e-wallet application, and to assess the factors in the use of e-wallet, we will use the unified theory of acceptance and use of the model. technology2 (UTAUT2). UTAUT2 is a new technology acceptance evaluation model derived from several combinations of other technology acceptance models. UTAUT2 is a development of the UTAUT model with the addition of 3 variables namely hedonic motivation, price value and habit, the addition is because the UTAUT2 model for technology users can also see from outside the organization. The UTAUT2 model contains 9 variables, namely performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE), social influence (SI), facilitating conditions (FC), behavior intention (BI), use behavior (UB), hedonic motivation (HM), price value (PV) and habit (H). This research will use all the characteristics that exist in UTAUT2 and will be carried out quantitatively, online questionnaire distribution with 30 questions, and data analysis using SmartPLS. Respondents in this study amounted to 97 people who live in the Yogyakarta area. The results of this study indicate that the facilitating conditions factor on use behaviour with a value of 6.034, the habit factor on behaviour intention with a value of 2.345, and the last factor behavior intention on use behavior with a value of 2.322. The factors that influence the use of the DANA e-wallet according to the UTAUT2 test are 3 characteristics, namely age, gender, and user experience.
