Abstract
Good Corporate Governance can be seen if there is a transparancy in corporation management, like if there isn’t agency problems. The purpose of this study has to find the agency problem (owner – manager, owner – creditor and manager – creditor) in manufacturing corporation which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange the over period 2003 – 2005. The sample of this study consist of 31 corporation that get purpose sampling method, analyzed with multiple regression and simple regression methods. The result of this study, there is a agency problem in manufacture corporation which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, can be seen there is a significant corelation between creditor – owner but there is no significan correlation between owner - manager and manager – creditor.
