Abstract
The development of construction in Indonesia to grow raapidly over time, in line with the growth of the property market in the country, an increase in private investment, and government spending. Based things are going tough competition among construction companies. However, the construction company at the moment there are many problems regarding the inefficiencies in the construction, causing waste. In this study, CV. Soebarjo Group has been delayed as a result of their activities are not efficient (waste). Then needed a solution to the problem that occurred can be overcome or anticipated for the project at a later date. By using Lean Construction can be a solution to identify and minimize waste. As well as the necessary rescheduling with CCPM method. CCPM can be an alternative to reduce the student sydrome and multitasking that can cause delays. The results of this study can be identified waste is the most influential on development project Graha Estika are waiting, not employees utilizing the knowledge, sskills, and abilities and excess processing. Based on these identified risks occurring and potentially occur and may know how to prevent and mitigate it earlier. Based on the results obtained CCPM scheduling a duration of 172 days faster than the duration of the plan that is equal to 205 days.
