Abstract
The study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, organizational culturem and religiousity on the performance of village government. The data were collected using questionairies from 31 village apparatus located in the village of Bnaguntaoan, bantul District. The result showed that there was an influence of organizational commitment to the performance of village government, while the organzational culture and religiuosity variables did not affect the performance of village government. Thusm the higher the village goverment's commitment to the organization, the higher the performance produced by the village goverments.
