Abstract
The implementation program of CSR in every corporate has different characteristics, Coal Mining Company and Coal Mineral Company have different growth centre unstandardization depending on local operation area of its. Those characteristics have to be correlating social characteristic, environmental, social society in surronding the fining which has been planned appropriate with program necessary and successful program accuracy. PT Bukit Asam id operated in SOuth Sumatra and PT Kaltim Prima COal is operated in East Borneo, both have different characteirsitic program dependen on local social welfare society. Those difference become interesting to investigate about how far the corporet social responsibility differences program that had in every operation mining are so those programs given different achievement in implication companies its self.
