Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Disclosure, Firm Size on and Profitability on the company's Earnings Response Coefficient (ERC). Purposive sampling is used to determine a sample of 40 firms from all popullation lsited manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2006-2008. Result indicated that the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Firm Size, and Profitability affect the Earnings Rsponse Coefficient (ERC).
