Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived
organizational support terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, mengetahui
pengaruh job engagement dalam memediasi hubungan antara perceived
organizational support dengan organizational citizenship behavior dan
mengetahui pengaruh job satisfaction dalam memediasi hubungan antara
perceived organizational support dengan organizational citizenship behavior
pada PNS Pusat Pendidikan dan Palatihan Kementerian Dalam Negeri Regional
Yogyakarta. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh
Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Pusat pendidikan dan pelatihan Kementerian Dalam
Negeri Regional Yogyakarta sebanyak 112 pegawai. Sedangkan sampel penelitian
diambil seluruh pegawai dengan metode sensus sehingga total sampel penelitian
sebanyak 112 pegawai. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah Analisis Deskriptif, dan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan
program AMOS.21.
Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa 1) Percieve organizational support
berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, 2)
Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung Percieve organizational support terhadap
organizational citizenship behavior melalui job engagement pegawai, 3) Terdapat
pengaruh tidak langsung Percieve organizational support terhadap
Organizational citizenship behavior melalui job satisfaction pegawai dan
Pengaruh tidak langsung Percieve organizational support terhadap
Organizational citizenship behavior melalui Job Engagement dan job satisfaction
lebih efektif dibandingkan pengaruh langsung Percieve organizational support
terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational
support to organizational citizenship behavior, knowing the effect of job
engagement in mediating the relationship between perceived organizational
support with organizational citizenship behavior and determine the influence of
job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between perceived organizational
support with organizational citizenship behavior on government employees Centre
for Education and Training Ministry of Home Affairs Regional Yogyakarta. The
population used in this study are all government employees at the Centre for
Education and Training Ministry of Home Affairs Regional Yogyakarta as many
as 112
st
employees. While the sample is taken all employees with census method
so that the total study sample as many as 112
st
employees. Analysis model used in
this research is descriptive analysis, and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM)
with AMOS.21

The results found that 1) percieve organizational support positive and
significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, 2) There is an indirect
effect percieve organizational support to organizational citizenship behavior
through job engagement of employees, 3) are the indirect influence percieve
organizational support to organizational citizenship behavior through job
employee satisfaction and indirect effect on organizational support percieve
organizational citizenship behavior through job engagement and job satisfaction
are more effective than direct influence perceptions of organizational support on
organizational citizenship behavior.
