Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan pendapatan dan
keuntungan antara keripik belut tepung Kanji dan keripik belut tepung Beras.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan metode
pelaksanaannya menggunakan teknik survey. Metode penentuan lokasi yang
digunakan adalah metode purposive atau dengan sengaja. Jenis data yang
digunakan adalah data primer. Sumber data diperoleh dari pemilik agroindustri
keripik belut Aurel, tenaga kerja keripik belut Aurel, studi perpustakaan dan
internet. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi,
wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pendapatan keripik
belut tepung beras tidak sama dengan keripik belut tepung kanji dan keuntungan
keripik belut berastidak sama dengan keripik belut kanji.
Kata kunci : pendapatan keripik belut beras, pendapatan keripik belut kanji,
keuntungan keripik belut beras dan keuntungan keripik belut kanji.
The purpose of this study was to determine the difference between revenue and
profit chips and crisps eel eel Starch and Rice. The method used in this research is
descriptive and implementation methods using survey techniques. Location
determination method used is the method purposive or deliberate. The data used are
primary data. Sources of data obtained from the owner Aurel eel chips
agroindustry, labor chips eel Aurel, library studies and internet. Data collection
techniques by observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The
results showed revenue and profit chips rice eel chips larger than starch eel chips.
Key Words : eel chips rice revenue, eel chips starch revenue, eel chips rice profit
and eel chips starch profit.
