ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh job stress, work life balance, dan job
demands terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Artharindo
di Jakarta. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara di Bank Perkreditan Rakyat
(BPR), Karyawan PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Artharindo menghadapi beban
kerja tinggi, menyebabkan mereka sering lembur untuk memenuhi target
perusahaan. Akibatnya, mereka mengalami stres kerja, terganggunya keseimbangan
kehidupan pribadi, dan meningkatnya tuntutan pekerjaan. Ketiga faktor ini
berdampak negatif pada kinerja karyawan. Metode dalam penelitian ini
menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah
seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Artharindo
Jakarta dengan total sebanyak 64 karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan
menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan
bahwa: 1) job stress berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan
2) Work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan,
3). Job demands berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of job stress, work life balance, and job
demands on employee performance at PT Artharindo Rural Bank in Jakarta. Based
on observations and interviews at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR), employees
of PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Artharindo face high workloads, causing them to
often work overtime to meet company targets. As a result, they experience work
stress, disruption of personal life balance, and increased work demands. These three
factors have a negative impact on employee performance. The method in this study
uses descriptive and quantitative analysis. The population of this study are
employees who work at PT Artharindo Rural Bank Jakarta with a total of 64
employees. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS application. The results
of the analysis in this study indicate that: 1) job stress has a positive and significant
effect on employee performance 2) Work life balance has a positive and significant
effect on employee performance, 3). Job demands have a positive and significant
effect on employee performance.
