ABSTRAK
UMKM Griya Olahan Salak Berlian merupakan sebuah usaha yang memproduksi
buah salak menjadi berbagai jenis olahan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk 1)
menganalisis faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal UMKM Griya Olahan Salak
Berlian 2) menganalisis strategi pengembangan usaha yang terbaik UMKM Griya
Olahan Salak Berlian. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif
dengan berdasarkan studi kasus. Pengambilan responden secara purposive.
Pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, Fokus Disscusion Group,
kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Jenis data yang digunakan data primer dan sekunder.
Teknik analisis data menggunakan Matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE),
Matriks Eksternal Factor Evaluation (EFE), Matriks IE, Matriks SWOT, Analytical
Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 1) kekuatan utama
yang dimiliki oleh UMKM Griya Olahan Salak Berlian adalah bahan baku yang
mudah didapatkan, kelemahan utamanya adalah promosi yang dilakukan belum
maksimal. Pada faktor eksternal, Peluang utama dari UMKM Griya Olahan Salak
Berlian adalah adanya pendampingan dan pelatihan gratis dari pemerintah dalam
mendukung kemajuan UMKM. Ancaman utama yaitu tidak ada bahan baku
alternatif lain jika terjadi kenaikan bahan baku salak, harga bahan pendukung
produksi (gula,tepung) yang fluktuatif dan adanya kompetitor dengan produk
sejenis. 2) alternatif strategi dengan prioritas tertinggi adalah mempertahankan
kualitas produk yang diproduksi oleh UMKM Griya Olahan Salak Berlian.

ABSTRACT
UMKM Griya Olahan Salak Berlian was a business that produces snake fruit into
various types of preparations. The research aimed to 1) analyze the internal and
external environmental factors of UMKM Griya Olahan Salak Berlian 2) analyze
the best business development strategy for UMKM Griya Olahan Salak Berlian.
The research method used quantitative based on case studies. The method used for
determining the respondents was a purposive. Data collection used observation,
interview, Focus Disscusion Group, questionnaires and documentation. The type
of data was used primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used the
Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix (IFE), External Factor Evaluation Matrix
(EFE), IE Matrix, SWOT Matrix, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results
of the research showed that 1) the main strength of the UMKM Griya Processed
Salak Berlian was raw materials tha t are easy to obtain, the main weakness was
that the promotion carried out has not been optimal. Regarding external factors,
the main opportunity for Griya Processed Salak Berlian MSMEs was the provision
of free assistance and training from the government to support the progress of
MSMEs. The main threat that no any alternative raw materials it price increase;
price fluctuating prices of supporting materials (sugar, flour) the other was the
presence of competitors with similar products. 2) the alternative strategy with the
highest priority was maintaining the quality of products produced by the UMKM
Griya Olahan Salak Berlian.
