Abstract
This research serves to discover and analyze the impact of work load, job
satisfaction, and employee engagement towards turnover intention for the Pugeran
Yogyakarta Telkom Access Partner Technician. This research type is quantitative
research. The population of this research consist of 52 partner technicians from
partners of AIS, GMJ, ICC, KOPTA, JS, and GRI. This research utilizes the
saturated sampling technique. All Pugeran Yogyakarta Telkom Access partner
technicians are men of productive age. The data analysis method utilizes multiple
linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The outcome of this research indicates
that: (1) there was a simultaneous influence of work load, job satisfaction, and
employee engagement on turnover intention, (2) there was a significant positive
influence of work load on turnover intention, (3) there was a significant negative
influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention, and (4) there was a significant
negative influence of employee engagement on turnover intention.
