Abstract

ELVINA DWI ASTUTI. 2023. Analisis Trend Volume Penjualan dan Keuntungan
Aneka Keripik PT Intan Rahmadhani Santosa di Kabupaten Sleman. Di bawah
arahan Ni Made Suyastiri Yani Permai.
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis trend volume penjualan aneka
keripik (keripik tempe, jamur tiram, dan pare) rasa original dan mercon pada
PT Intan Rahmadhani Santosa untuk 6 bulan yang akan datang mulai bulan Maret
sampai Agustus 2023 (2) menganalisis keuntungan pengolahan aneka keripik
(keripik tempe, jamur tiram, dan pare) rasa original dan mercon pada PT Intan
Rahmadhani Santosa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis
penelitian deskriptif. Metode penentuan lokasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan
metode studi kasus. Metode penentuan responden pada penelitian ini dengan
menggunakan metode purposive. Macam data yang digunakan adalah data primer
dan data sekunder. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah pemilik PT Intan
Rahmadhani Santosa, tenaga kerja bagian produksi PT Intan Rahmadhani Santosa,
studi kepustakaan, dan internet. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah
analisis trend, analisis keuntungan, anova, dan LSD (Least Significant Difference).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) trend volume penjualan produk aneka
keripik (keripik tempe, jamur tiram, dan pare) rasa original dan mercon PT Intan
Rahmadhani Santosa untuk 6 bulan yang akan datang mulai bulan Maret sampai
Agustus 2023 cenderung meningkat sebesar 17%, (2) terdapat perbedaan besarnya
keuntungan pengolahan aneka keripik, keuntungan tertinggi adalah keripik pare
original sebesar Rp 63.474/Kg; kemudian keripik pare mercon sebesar
Rp 62.546/Kg, jamur tiram original Rp 60.053/Kg; jamur tiram mercon
Rp 59.059/Kg; tempe mercon sebesar Rp 55.116/Kg; dan keuntungan terendah
adalah keripik tempe original sebesar Rp 42.452/Kg.

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to (1) analyze the sales volume trend of various chips with original
and spicy flavors (tempe chips, oyster mushrooms, and bitter gourd) at PT Intan
Rahmadhani Santosa for the next six months from March to August 2023,
(2) analyzed the advantages of processing various chips with original and spicy
flavors (tempe chips, oyster mushrooms, and bitter gourd) at PT Intan Rahmadhani
Santosa. This research uses a quantitative approach and a descriptive research
type. The location determination method in this research used a case study method.
The method of determining respondents in this research uses a purposive method.
The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data sources used
are the owner of PT Intan Rahmadhani Santosa, workers in the production division
of PT Intan Rahmadhani Santosa, literature studies, and the internet. Data analysis
methods used are trend analysis, profit analysis, anova, and LSD (Least Significant
Difference). The research results show that (1) PT Intan Rahmadhani Santosa's
sales volume trend of various chips with original and spicy flavors (tempe chips,
oyster mushrooms, and bitter gourd) for the next six months from March to August
2023 tends to increase by 17%, (2) There are differences in the profit of processing
various chips, the highest profit is original bitter gourd chips Rp 63.474/Kg; then
spicy bitter gourd chips Rp 62.546/Kg, original oyster mushrooms chips
Rp 60.053/Kg; spicy oyster mushrooms chips Rp 59.059/Kg; tempe spicy chips
Rp 55.116/Kg; and the lowest profit is the original tempe chips of Rp 42.452/Kg.
