ABSTRAK
Perum. LKBN Antara adalah kantor berita milik negara yang telah beridri sejak
1937, dalam perjalanan industrinya LKBN Antara telah melewati berbagai
tantangan untuk tetap bisa bertahan. Era disrupsi informasi LKBN Antara
mengalami berbagai tantangan dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai kantor berita
yang dibiayai pemerintah. LKBN Antara perlu memperkuat positioning agar
posisi perusahaan yang bisnis utama memasok berita untuk media lain dalam era
disrupsi infromasi. Penelitian ini berusaha mengetahui bagaimana strategi Perum
LKBN Antara di era disrupsi informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode
deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara pada
informan, observasi dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menemukan LKBN
Antara sebagai kantor berita dan perusahaan negara memiliki posisi yang berbeda
bila disamakan dengan perusahaan media massa lainya. Untuk mempertahankan
posisioningnya di era disrupsi informasi LKBN Antara beradaptasi dengan
berinovasi demi keberlangsungan ekosistem perusahaan dan kebutuhan pelanggan
perusahaan, serta mengembangkan media online, menggunakan media social,
memperkaya jenis berita yang dijual kepada media lain.Pengembangan tersebut
untuk mempertahankan posisi LKBN Antara di masyarakat.

ABSTRACT
Public Corporation. LKBN Antara is a state-owned news agency that has been
established since 1937, during its industry LKBN Antara has gone through
various challenges to survive. The era of information disruption LKBN Antara
experienced various challenges in carrying out its role as a government-funded
news agency. LKBN Antara needs to strengthen its positioning so that it is a
company whose main business is supplying news to other media in an era of
information disruption. This study seeks to find out how strategy of Perum LKBN
Antara is in the era of information disruption. This study used descriptive
qualitative method. The data in this study were obtained through interviews with
informants, observation, and secondary data. The results of the study found that
LKBN Antara as a news agency and a state company had a different position
compared to other mass media companies. To maintain its positioning in the era
of information disruption, LKBN Antara adapts by innovating for the
sustainability of the company's ecosystem and the needs of the company's
customers, as well as developing online media, using social media, enriching the
types of news sold to other media. This development is to maintain LKBN
Antara's position in society.
