Abstract

ABSTRAK
Pada awalnya, isu mengenai peluncuran Kereta Panoramic muncul di media sosial karena
kereta ini memiliki keunikan pada fasilitas yang diberikan, yaitu bisa melihat panorama
selama perjalanan kereta. Identik dengan desain yang berbeda, seperti jendela kaca yang
besar dan atap gerbong yang terbuat dari kata menyebabkan masyarakat tertarik untuk
mengikuti informasi mengenai Kereta Panoramic. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui struktur jaringan yang terbentuk dalam kolom komentar YouTube milik
Andriawan Pratikto yang berjudul “Tarif Satu Juta Naik KA Panoramic Jakarta-Yogya.
Apakah Worth It” per tanggal 29 Maret 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode
kuantitatif deskriptif dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik Social Network Analysis (SNA).
Teori yang digunakan adalah Teori Jaringan Komunikasi. Data yang diambil dan dikelola
menggunakan tiga software, yaitu Netlytic, Gephi, dan Orange. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan struktur jaringan pada video Andriawan Pratikto tersebut cukup menyebar,
tidak banyak terjadi timbal balik, dan membentuk banyak kelompok dengan tumpang
tindih lemah. Jaringan komunikasi termasuk tab trending karena mendapatkan penonton
dan atensi paling banyak dibandingkan dengan video lain. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa
media sosial YouTube (khususnya kolom komentar) dapat digunakan untuk menyuarakan
suara khalayak terhadap pelayanan publik.

ABSTRACT
At first, the issue regarding the launch of the Panoramic Train appeared on social media
because this train has a unique feature in the facilities provided, namely being able to see
panoramas during the train's journey. Identical with different designs, such as large glass
windows and carriage roofs made of words, it causes people to be interested in following
information about the Panoramic Train. This study aims to determine the structure of the
network formed in Andriawan Pratikto's YouTube comment column entitled “Tarif Satu
Juta Naik KA Panoramic Jakarta-Yogya. Apakah Worth It” as of March 29, 2023. This
study used a descriptive quantitative method and was analyzed using the Social Network
Analysis (SNA) technique. The theory used is the Communication Network Theory. Data
collected and managed using three software, namely Netlytic, Gephi, and Orange. The
results of the study show that the network structure in Andriawan Pratikto's video is quite
spread out, not much reciprocity occurs, and forms many groups with heterogeneous
speech. The communication network includes the trending tab because it gets the most
views and attention compared to other videos. This shows that YouTube's social media
(especially the comments column) can be used to voice the public's voice for public
services.
