ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bukti empiris mengenai
pengaruh likuiditas, struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan, dan investment opportunity
set terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang tergabung dalam indeks LQ-
45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan
berdasarkan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 99. Teknik
analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda
dengan aplikasi IBM Statistic SPSS (Statistical Product Service Solutions). Hasil
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas, struktur modal, dan ukuran
perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan investment
opportunity set berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to find empirical evidence regarding the effect of liquidity,
capital structure, firm size, and investment opportunity set on firm value. This
research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study are LQ-45
companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period.
Sampling is carried out based on the purposive sampling method. Totaled sample
is 99. The data analysis technique in this study using the multiple linear regression
method with the IBM Statistical SPSS (Statistical Product Service Solutions)
application. The results of this study show that liquidity, capital structure, and firm
size do not affect firm value, while investment opportunity sets affect firm value.
