ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan sistem
informasi akuntansi, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan tunjangan kinerja
terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran”
Yogyakarta. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Dosen dan Tendik Universitas
Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta. Teknik sampel yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel acak. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer
yang berupa kuesioner yang ditujukan kepada Dosen dan Tendik Universitas
Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta. Pengujian hipotesis dalam
penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan
software SPSS Versi 22.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi
akuntansi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Universitas
Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta sedangkan lingkungan kerja dan
tunjangan kinerja menunjukkan hasil yang tidak berpengaruh.
Kata Kunci: penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi, motivasikerja, lingkungan
kerja, tunjangan kinerja dan kinerja pegawai.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of the application of accounting
information system, work motivation, work environment and performance
allowance on employee performance in Universitas Pembangunan Nasional
“Veteran” Yogyakarta. The population of this research are Lecturer and
educational staff.The sample used in this research is random sampling. This study
uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire addressed to Lecturer and
educational staff in Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta.
Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the
help of SPSS Version 22 software.
The results of this study indicate that the application of accounting
information system and work motivation affect to employee performance but the
work environment and performance allowance doesn’t affect employee
performance in Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta.
