ABSTRAK
SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu sekolah yang terletak di jalan Yos
Sudarso No. 7 Kotabaru di Kota Yogyakarta. Pemesanan barang habis pakai yang dilakukan
hingga saat ini masih berbasis kertas hal ini berdampak pada proses pembuatan laporan
membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan suatu strategi agar
dapat diselesaikan dengan cepat.
Metode Pengembangan yang digunakan adalah metode model Waterfall dengan alat
dan teknik pengembangan sistem menggunakan DFD (Data Flow Diagram) dan metode
pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, tinjauan pustaka serta
aplikasinya menggunakan pemrogramman PHP dan database MySQL.
Hasil yang diperoleh setelah dilakukan tahapan-tahapan dalam penelitian berupa
sistem informasi berbasis web untuk pemesanan barang habis pakai dengan fasilitas berupa
informasi jumlah stok barang dan pembuatan laporan barang yang real time. Sistem informasi
yang dihasilkan telah dilakukan uji coba terhadap calon pengguna dengan hasil kepuasan
mencapai 81,13% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi tersebut layak untuk
digunakan dan menjadi solusi dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan terkait pemesanan barang
dan pembuatan laporan agar menjadi lebih cepat.

ABSTRACT
SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta is one of the schools located at Jalan Yos Sudarso No. 7
Kotabaru in Yogyakarta City. Ordering consumables made to date is still paper-based, this
has an impact on the reporting process which takes a long time. To overcome this, a strategy
is needed so that it can be resolved quickly.
The development method used is the Waterfall model method with system
development tools and techniques using DFD (Data Flow Diagrams) and data collection
methods using interviews, documentation, literature reviews and applications using PHP
programming and MySQL database.
The results obtained after the stages in the research are in the form of a web-based
information system for ordering consumables with facilities in the form of information on the
number of stock items and making real-time goods reports. The resulting information system
has been tested on potential users with satisfaction results reaching 81.13% so it can be
concluded that the information system is feasible to use and is a solution in solving problems
related to ordering goods and making reports faster.
