Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: self image congruity, retail service quality, dan customer perceived service quality berpengaruh secara bersama-sama dan secara parsial terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah 100 konsumen sepatu Nike. Data dikumpulkan dari hasil penelitian yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa self image congruity, retail service quality, dan customer perceived service quality berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap loyalitas pelanggan gerai retail Nike di Yogyakarta. self image congruity berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap loyalitas pelanggan gerai retail Nike di Yogyakarta, retail service quality berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap loyalitas pelanggan gerai retail Nike di Yogyakarta, dan customer perceived service quality berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap loyalitas pelanggan gerai retail Nike di Yogyakarta.
