Abstract

Masalah kebersihan dan kesehatan yang menjadi momok bagi masyarakat Eretan
Kulon menjadi alasan PT.Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ berupaya memberikan
perhatian dengan program Community development. Hal ini dikarenakan masyarakat
Eretan Kulon adalah bagian dari Stakeholder perusahaan. kegiatan ini merupakan
jawaban dari permasalahan sebelumnya yakni masyarakat merasa dirugikan dengan
adanya pengeboran minyak dimana masyarakat merasa pertamina tidak memberikan
perhatian kusus kepada masyarakat. Pengeboran minyak dilaut juga menyebabkan
jumlah pasokan ikan warga yang bekerja sebagai nelayan menurun. Latar Belakang
masalah inilah kemudian peneliti mengambil penelitian berjudul “Implementasi
Program Community Development PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ ( Studi Kasus
Pada Program Community Development Good Manufacturing Practices dan Master
Kasir Pada Masyarakat Desa Eretan Kulon, Indramayu Jawa Barat )” Program ini
diselenggarakan oleh pertamina guna menjawab permasalahan yang ada di Desa
Eretan Kulon untuk itulah fokus utama penelitian ini pada implementasi programnya
dari Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan
deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan menunjukan bahwa Program
Community Development PT.Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ berjalan lancar. Kegiatan
ini dibagi kedalam dua program besar yakni GMP dan master kasir. GMP terdiri dari
Pelatihan managemen industry, Peningkatan sarana produksi bagi UKM, sertifikasi
PIRT dan Halal, pameran produk di indoensia dan juga luarnegeri. Evaluasi dan follw
up hasil penelitian, dan yang terakhir adalah Etalasi produk program GMP. Sedangkan
master kasir terdiri dari sosialisasi, mitra usaha binaan, pemberdayaan masyarakat dan
mitra kerja. Kelebihan dari program ini adalah pemberdayaan merata dan masyarakat
merasakan secara langsung dampak kegiatan tersebut. Rumusan ini menekankan
bahwa pembangunan masyarakat merupakan usahausaha yang terorganisasi yang
bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kondisi kehidupan masyarakat, dan memberdayakan
masyarakat untuk mampu bersatu dan mengarahkan diri sendiriBerdasarkan hasil
penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa program GMP dan Master Kasir berjalan
dengan baik akan tetapi masih ada kekurangan sehingga menjadi pekerjaan rumah
bagi masyarakatnya.

Hygiene and health problems that become a scourge for the community Of Eretan Kulon
be the reason PT.Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ trying to give attention to Community
Development program. This is because the Eretan Kulon community is part of the
company's stakeholders. This activity is the answer of the previous problem that the
society feels aggrieved by the drilling of oil where people feel pertamina do not give
special attention to society. Drilling of oil in the sea also causes the number of fish
supply citizens who work as fishermen decreased. Background of this problem then
researchers took a study entitled " The Implementation of PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi
ONWJ Community Development Programs (Case Study On Community Development
Program Good Manufacturing Practices and Master Kasir in Eretan Kulon,
Indramayu, West Java) "This program is organized by Pertamina to answer the
problems in Eretan Kulon for that main focus of this research on implementation The
program from this research using qualitative research method with descriptive
approach. Based on the results of field research shows that Community Development
Program PT.Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ running smoothly. This activity is divided
into two major programs namely GMP and Master Kasir. GMP consists of Industrial
management training, Production facilities improvement for SMEs, PIRT and Halal
certification, product exhibition in indoensia and also abroad. Evaluation and followup
of
research
results,
and
the
last
is
the
Etproduction
of
GMP
program
products.
While

the

cashier master consists of socialization, business partners, community
empowerment and partners. The advantages of this program are equitable
empowerment and the community directly feel the impact of the activity. This
formulation emphasizes that community development is an organized business that aims
to improve the living conditions of the community, and empower the community to be
able to unite and self-directed. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that
the program GMP and Master Cashiers run well but there are still shortages so that the
job Home to its people.
