Abstract
Military activity and the expansion of NATO in Eastern Europe pose a threat to the sovereignty and interests of Russia and Belarus. Through the forum Russia Belarus Union State, the two countries conduct defense and military cooperation. This study aims to determine the various military programs and defense cooperation by Russia and Belarus in the face of the threat of NATO in Eastern Europe. This study uses a qualitative method of data collection and research library. While the theory is the defense policy and defense cooperation. The results found in this invention the Russian defense and military cooperation with Belarus in order to achieve security and stability in the Eastern European region from the threat activity as well as the expansion of NATO Keywords: Russia, Belarus, NATO, Military, Stability
